Friday the 13th. From unlucky numbers to lucky charms, so many of us are superstitious. We have routines we perform before a big game, or presentation. We carry tokens or charms of good luck symbols. Maybe we keep a special something in our purse, or on our desks. We may not believe in superstitions, but just in case….
We certainly do not want to cause extra worry. So perhaps, on this Friday the 13th, as a black cat crosses your path, know that you are not alone. Others have the same trepidation and are taking precautions they may not take on other days. Avoiding ladders, trying not to spill salt, not putting shoes on the table (it happens sometimes).
Relax, take a deep breath, and smile. No worries, no need to cause extra worry lines or wrinkles, but if you just can’t help it, and superstition is all around… at least take care of your skin. We know this to be false “your face will freeze that way.” And while it would be nice to “freeze” with our flawless 20-something face, it certainly is possible to mature gracefully… thank you, Rodan & Fields.
